fit2therapy testimonials:-

'The Fit2therapy techniques have been so beneficial to me as an Advanced Modern Pilates Practitioner-I feel I have a lot more insite and understanding of my clients problem areas -and I have had some wonderful results from following the protocol! The two methods work so well alongside one another- I know that my class participants and my personal clients have noticed an increase confidence in my teaching methods and are coming back for more!!' .

'A very enjoyable week,I found it intense but enjoyable & well constructed & informative, I would recommend it highly. It has expanded my knowledge & works in very well with the Integrated Myofascial work I do. The muscle tests are invaluable for pin pointing a problem, I have had some fantastic results with it & can't wait to take it into a gym environment. Both Sandie & John were inspiring, down to earth & very friendly. I am hoping to attend the Cupping course next year.

Hi Sandie Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful workshop you led yesterday. Sarah & I both enjoyed it & now have some extra tools to practice with. We are keen to try them out on family & friends in the next few days, & then to use them with clients. We will probably see you again, ..... I think we will definitely want to learn more!!! Thanks again,Judith
